Kimball is a superhost. He offers wonderful suggestions for restaurants and activities in the Atlanta area. Super responsive and friendly. The home is Beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet. We felt safe and comfortable. The neighborhood is walkable with many stores, restaurants and parks nearby. My family and I enjoyed how each room in the home is uniquely decorated. The beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms are amazing. Each bathroom felt like a spa experience. Kimball offered top quality beauty products ranging from shampoos, body wash and beauty masks in all the bathrooms. The home offers various ways to entertain whether you are relaxing on the various decks or playing billiards and games in the game room. The hot tub is in a private location and the sun room is a perfect to relax or do a yoga/pilates workout. The kitchen is massive with updated appliances. You can have wonderful meal times with family on the dining room table or the kitchen island.

Our stay at this home was wonderful. The property is gated and well lit outside, which immediately made us feel safe and comfortable. The door code works for both the doors and the alarm system, which is a great added security feature and made access very convenient. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. When I needed to extend my stay, the host was very accommodating and made the process smooth and stress free, which I truly appreciated. The house itself was beautiful and had everything my family and I needed during our stay. The decor was amazing, and the space was very large and comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a safe, spacious, and well maintained place to stay.

This place was amazing! There was plenty of space for everyone, super cozy vibe and beautiful decor! Our group loved the themes rooms, hot tub and game room. We will definitely book again when we are back in town!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Top-Tier Luxury Stay for Families This home delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hosts were highly responsive, incredibly detailed, and very professional, making everything seamless and stress-free. The attention to detail and interior design truly set this property apart. Every space is beautifully curated, intentional, and thoughtfully decorated. The home feels elevated and luxurious while remaining very family-friendly and functional, which is rare to find. The location was a major highlight. Being just 15 minutes from the Convention Center and World Cup events was invaluable during a busy competition weekend with traffic and road closures. Having such a comfortable, well designed home in a prime location made traveling with a large family effortless. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend this property.

This stay was amazing! Not far from downtown at all. It was clean, spacious, and private. The backyard area was big and the patio had a lot of space and seating. I would definitely book again. The host was very responsive and made the instructions to get in the house clear.
